Join us to learn about the benefits of Sweetwater Wetlands Park to the environment and the benefits of the environment to you! This event will include a short hike and a guided forest bathing meditation session. Please bring a mat, towel, or blanket to sit on.

Registration is required and guests will be asked to complete a brief survey at the conclusion of the event.

Park entry is $5.00 per vehicle and can be paid by cash or PassPort Parking. There is no additional cost for the event.
