Tom Petty Park Virtual Neighborhood Workshop

The City of Gainesville’s Wild Spaces & Public Places Department and the Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs will hold a virtual neighborhood workshop to discuss the improvements at Tom Petty Park. The purpose of the workshop is to ensure the public has an opportunity to learn about the proposed parking lot expansion and ask questions prior to construction plans being submitted for permitting.

This meeting will discuss the proposed parking lot enhancements, including: the addition of 41 parking spaces, a new sidewalk, associated stormwater conveyance and landscape improvements.
