Tom Petty Park Virtual Neighborhood Workshop

The city’s Wild Spaces & Public Places Department will hold a virtual neighborhood workshop to discuss the parking lot expansion at Tom Petty Park. The purpose of the workshop is to ensure the public has an opportunity to learn about the proposed improvements and ask questions prior to plans being submitted to the City of Gainesville permitting.

This meeting will discuss the proposed parking lot enhancements, including: the addition of 41 parking spaces, a new sidewalk, associated stormwater conveyance and landscape improvements.

Representatives will be available during the workshop to answer any questions.
