A Freeze Watch is in effect from Tuesday night through Wednesday morning. Conditions are expected late Tuesday night into early Wednesday morning. Low temperatures are expected to range from 27 to 32 degrees, with wind chills dropping into the 20s. Residents are encouraged to take steps to protect people, pets, plants and pipes.
