The Office of Procurement & Contracts Management is dedicated to ensuring integrity and fairness, with the responsibility for providing and managing the most effective and efficient procurement processes and procedures for the acquisition of quality goods and services in support of city departments, city charter officers and the City of Gainesville’s mission and goals.

The Office of Procurement & Contracts Management provides procurement and contract management services and supplier management to city departments and city charter officers. The department also oversees the coordination mail services and surplus property bidding through public auction.
