The City Plan Board (CPB) is a seven member citizen board appointed by the City Commission, with an additional non-voting member appointed by the Alachua County School Board. It reviews and makes recommendations on petitions that go to the City Commission.
The Plan Board reviews:
*Estimated fastest submittal to approval date is 18 days prior to deadline for Planner approval.
Meetings are generally held at 6:30 PM on the fourth Thursday of each month in City Commission chambers in City Hall at 200 E University Ave.
