Project Coordination Meeting
Project Coordination Meetings are a free service provided by the City that pulls experts from each reviewing department to help guide applicants through the development and permitting process. While optional, these coordination meetings are often critical to addressing comments and requirements issued through the electronic plan review system. Meetings are held virtually via Microsoft TEAMS and can be scheduled by contacting the Development Review Coordinator, Miranda Searing, at
