Unless otherwise posted, time limits and payments are enforced Monday through Friday, 10am to 8pm.

On-street

• 2-hour max in core @ $0.50/hr
• No time limits in other areas @ $0.25/hr
• Free, unlimited areas in periphery

Off-street

• Free lots with no time limits
• Paid lots @ $0.50/hr with no time limits 
• SW Garage @ $0.50/hr ($4 daily max 6am-8pm); $5 nightly flat rate 8pm-6am; Permits: monthly ($40), quarterly ($100) and downtown employee ($20)

Downtown Business Employees

The City provides free and low-cost parking options for employees of downtown businesses.

• SW Downtown Parking Garage (105 SW 3rd St): $20/month
• Lots 2, 3, and 4: free parking with no time limits
• Lots 6 and 18: restricted daytime; free nighttime (see signage)
• Lots 5 and 13: $0.50/hr with no time limits
• Free on-street parking with no time limits in periphery of downtown
