The City of Gainesville has prepared a draft version of the 2024-2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). The CAPER is the annual review of the city’s activities and use of CDBG and HOME funds identified in its Five-Year Consolidated Plan. The 2024-2025 CAPER covers the period of Oct. 1, 2024-Sept. 30, 2025, and provides a summary of activities undertaken with CDBG and HOME funds during the report period.
Review the draft CAPER
We encourage residents, public agencies and other interested parties to review the contents of the draft CAPER and to submit their feedback. The draft report is available for review on the city’s website. To request a hard copy of the draft CAPER, please e-mail coghousing@gainesvillefl.gov.
Comments on the draft CAPER may be submitted until 6:30 p.m., on Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2025. Those comments may be submitted:
