Helene Recovery Update #2 Published on October 03, 2024 Disaster debris service for residential customers only is expected to begin by Monday. For neighbors living in gated communities within city limits, HOAs must contact the Public Works Dept to compete right-of-entry agreements. Roof tarps will be handed out beginning Fri., 10/4/24 at 11 a.m. at the former RTS admin facility. Tarps are 25'x20' and come with two 100-foot ropes. Two tarps per person.
