Kiwanis Challenge Park

Expansive park and playground area located right around the corner from Green Tree Park. It was funded by the Kiwanis and specially designed to be accessible for kids in wheelchairs. Kids of all abilities will enjoy the play areas decked out in Gator colors of orange and blue. There are two main play areas- one designed for kids aged 5-12 and 1 that’s more for the toddler set. There are also swings for kids in wheelchairs and more. There is a track with bleachers just adjacent to the playground, and large fields nearby for running around as well. Basketball courts w/o light, pavilion and dogs are allowed w/ leash.

From NW 39th Avenue, turn south on NW 19th Street, past Green Tree Park and then right on NW 36th Avenue. The entrance and parking lot are on the right.
