District 3 Virtual Town Hall
Gainesville District 3 City Commissioner Casey Willits is hosting a virtual town hall about the city’s Regional Transit System (RTS), Vision Zero initiative and Streets Stations and Strong Foundations (SSSF) projects. He will be joined by staff to answer questions from area neighbors.
The event is free, but registration is required. Registrants will receive a dedicated Zoom link for the virtual town hall prior to the event.
When: Wednesday, April 24 from 6-7 p.m.
Where: On Zoom. Registration is required and is available online
The virtual town hall will be broadcast on Cox Cable Channel 12, livestreamed on the city’s website and Facebook page, and archived online. It will also stream on GNV TV through Roku and Amazon Fire TV devices.
Please note that questions posted as Facebook comments during the livestream will not be answered. Neighbors who have questions should register online where they can submit their questions on the registration form.
