Free Pool Day for Kids

Dive into July with Parks, Recreation and Culture Month! This July celebrates the 41st year of the National Recreation and Park Association’s Park and Recreation Month - at the City of Gainesville, we are celebrating big!  

Summer is here, and we’re making a splash! Join us for a special free pool day for kids 17 and under at any of the city's three pools on Saturday, July 18, during regular pool hours:

• Andrew R. Mickle Sr. Pool (1717 SE 15th St.)
• Dwight H. Hunter Pool (1100 NE 14th St.) 
• H. Spurgeon Cherry Pool (946 NW 31st Dr.)

Cool off with special activities and dive into the fun with us! Let’s celebrate the great outdoors, community fun, and everything that makes our parks the perfect summer destination.
