Report A Missed Collection

Use the online form below to report a missed collection for residential garbage, recycling, yard waste, bulk item and/or appliances.

• Before reporting a missed collection, check the Holiday Collection Schedule.
• To speak with our Customer Service Support Team, please call 352-334-2330.
• Please only report missed collections after 7 PM on your regular service day. Bulk items may only be reported as missed after 12 pm (noon) the following day.
